3. Creator accounts

If you register as a Creator, you additionally agree that:

  • You are at least 18 years old and will complete our identity-verification process before publishing any content or streaming.
  • All content you stream or upload is your own, or you have full rights to share it, and does not infringe any third party's rights.
  • You will not feature any other person in your stream or content without that person's knowledge and consent, and without confirming they are also an adult.
  • You are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to you in the location from which you stream.
  • We may remove content or suspend your Creator status if we reasonably believe these conditions are not met.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Upload, stream, or share content involving anyone under 18, or that depicts non-consensual acts, violence, or content otherwise illegal in the jurisdictions the Service operates in.
  • Harass, threaten, or exploit other users.
  • Attempt to circumvent payment systems, age verification, or security measures.
  • Record, redistribute, or resell another user's content without their consent.
  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without our written permission.

Violation of this section may result in immediate account termination and, where applicable, a report to law enforcement.

5. Credits, payments, and billing

  • The Service uses a virtual credit balance that you purchase and spend on viewing content, tipping, and messaging.
  • Credits have no cash value outside the Service and are non-transferable between accounts.
  • Prices are shown before you confirm a purchase or spend. Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor; we do not store your full card details.

6. Content and intellectual property

Creators retain ownership of the content they create. By streaming or posting on the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, transmit, and display that content as necessary to operate the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. We are not responsible for the conduct of any user, on or off the Service.

8. Limitation of liability
