This Privacy Policy explains what personal data Flirtaze (“we”, “us”) collects when you use flirtaze.com (the “Service”), why we collect it, how long we keep it, and the choices and rights you have. It applies to visitors, registered users (“Members”), and registered creators (“Creators”).

1. Who this applies to

The Service is restricted to adults (18 or older, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher). We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If we learn that someone under the applicable age has created an account, we will close it and delete the associated data.

2. Data we collect

We collect the following categories of data:

  • Account data: email address, hashed password, account role (member or creator), account status, and, for Creators, the display name and profile details you provide.
  • Identity verification data (Creators only): government-issued ID and any documentation required to confirm you are an adult, collected as part of our onboarding/KYC process. This is used only to verify eligibility and is not shown publicly.
  • Usage and presence data: whether you are currently online, live-streaming, or in a private session, and timestamps of that activity, used to show accurate status on the platform.
  • Communications: direct messages and live chat messages you send through the Service, retained so conversations remain available to their participants.
  • Transaction data: your credit balance and a history of purchases, tips, and spending, used for account, billing and fraud-prevention purposes. Payment card details are handled directly by our payment processor and are never stored on our own servers — see Section 5.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, device type, and similar diagnostic information, collected automatically by our hosting and video infrastructure to operate and secure the Service.
  • Support requests: anything you send us via email or the support form, including the content of your message and your contact details.

We do not currently use third-party advertising or analytics trackers. If this changes, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent first (see our Cookie Policy).

3. Why we use your data (legal basis)

  • To provide the Service — creating your account, enabling live streaming, chat, and payments (performance of a contract).
  • To verify age and identity of Creators — required to comply with applicable adult-content record-keeping laws (legal obligation).
  • To keep the Service safe — fraud prevention, abuse detection, enforcing our Terms of Service (legitimate interest).
  • To respond to support requests (legitimate interest / contract).
  • To meet legal obligations — such as tax, accounting, or responding to lawful requests from authorities.

4. How long we keep your data

We keep account and transaction data for as long as your account is active, and afterward only for as long as needed to meet legal, tax, or record-keeping obligations (identity-verification records for Creators are typically subject to longer mandatory retention periods under adult-content compliance laws). Chat and direct messages are retained while your account is active and are deleted, along with the rest of your account data, within [DOPLNIT: RETENTION PERIOD, e.g. 30 days] of account deletion, except where we are legally required to keep specific records longer.

5. Who we share data with

We do not sell your personal data. We share limited data with:

  • Payment processor: [DOPLNIT: NAME OF PAYMENT PROCESSOR ONCE CHOSEN] handles your payment card details directly; we only receive confirmation that a payment succeeded and a reference ID.
  • Hosting and infrastructure providers: our web hosting, database, and video-streaming infrastructure providers process data on our behalf, under contract, solely to run the Service.
  • Legal authorities: where required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Flirtaze, our users, or the public.

Some of these providers may process data on servers located outside your country. Where that involves transferring data outside the European Economic Area, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Ask us to correct inaccurate data.
  • Ask us to delete your data (“right to be forgotten”), subject to our legal retention obligations described above.
  • Ask us to restrict or object to certain processing.
  • Receive your data in a portable format.
  • Withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent.
  • Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including password hashing, encrypted connections (HTTPS), and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by posting the updated policy on this page with a new “Last updated” date, and where required by law, by additional notice (such as email).
